Terms of Service

Sproutr is an automated SEO and AI visibility platform for UK businesses. We provide keyword research, AI-generated articles, technical audits, directory management, backlink outreach, and reporting — delivered via a 24-task pipeline.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Starter and Growth plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required at sign-up. During the trial you have access to all features. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

If you do not subscribe, your account will be locked but your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate where required).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not receive a pro-rata refund for unused days.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use Sproutr to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination • Use the service to spam, scrape, or abuse third-party platforms • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform • Share your account credentials with third parties • Use the service for any purpose other than SEO and content marketing for your own business or clients

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Articles and copy generated by Sproutr use large language models (currently Anthropic Claude). You acknowledge that:

• AI content may occasionally contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing content before publication • You own the rights to content generated for your account • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will rank on Google or achieve specific results

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, domain authority, and competition.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Sproutr's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost rankings, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or leads.

The Sproutr platform, including its design, code, and underlying systems, is owned by Sproutr Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription.

Content generated by the platform for your account belongs to you upon generation.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
